Development

We are an innovating and growing company which puts great focus on quality of its products and customer satisfaction. We make use of many years of experience in the field of door systems for various means of transport.

In the designing department, we do not limit ourselves only with dvelopment of our own original solutions while following the existing standards in force, but we also cooperate with the business and service departments to process requirements and remarks of our customers.

Our technical solutions are first designed using 3D software. Thanks to this, we are able to presentation our solutions in details to our customers.

We are using the MKP calculation module, a specialised computer program, to check more complicated parts. However, we do not verity our designs with calculations only; we also test them in our test room, where we can detect faults of our products in time and shorten their way to the market.

Customers can expect close cooperation with our company, as well as professional assistance during initial installation.

Test room

We have a test room for both long-term and operational testing. Our components as well as our complete door systems are regularly tested on the test stands. Thus we simulate real operations as closely as possible while continuously evaluating the performance and changes in our products. This is an inseparable part of developing new products and shows the reliability and longevity of our products.

The test room is a crucial source of information allowing prediction of wear and tear of individual product components and, making constructional changes and optimisation if required by the customer.

All findings and results obtained from the test room are then forwarded to certification authorities, which have canfirmed that our products meet their standards.
